Dr. Kristin Baker is an accomplished and strategically-minded executive with a distinguished career dedicated to driving growth and innovation within the global digital and population health sectors. Her entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry knowledge have enabled her to navigate and lead successful initiatives across a wide spectrum of organizations, from Fortune 500 business units to digital health companies spanning pre-seed to Series D funding stages.

Currently, as Founder & CEO of OnHealth Advisory, Dr. Baker provides strategic consulting to digital health companies and investors. Her advisory focuses on critical areas such as market landscape analysis, value proposition messaging, pricing strategies, customer persona development, product innovation, and global scaling. Prior to this, as Senior Vice President of Strategic Account Management at Garner Health, she developed a comprehensive Strategic Account Management function to ensure client retention and revenue growth for a digital health solution.

A significant portion of Dr. Baker’s career was spent at Mercer, where she was a Partner and Global & US Workforce Health Management Practice Leader for nearly two decades. She founded Mercer Marsh Benefits’ first global specialty practice, scaling it to over 200 employees and $100M+ in annual revenue. Dr. Baker also led Mercer’s US National MercerWELL Specialty Practice, consistently achieving double-digit growth and fostering high employee engagement. During her tenure, she was a recognized leader in advocacy and navigation, creating new products, architecting key client deals, and performing statistical analyses on major service providers. She also innovated new revenue streams and led the strategic sales approach for MercerWELL.

Dr. Baker holds a Ph.D. and Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Behavior from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Vermont. Her academic background is complemented by extensive research experience and a robust publication record in peer-reviewed journals, further solidifying her analytical rigor and thought leadership in the field.
