I built The Free Agent with one goal in mind: To be the connective tissue between high-value leaders and the companies that need them for extraordinary journeys.
Over the last several years it has continued to be apparent that there is little innovation and forward-thinking in talent acquisition. I built the Free Agent precisely to overcome these gaps by enhancing the candidate and company experience while disrupting and rebuilding an industry long overdue for an overhaul. We enhance the experience, specifically, by heavily vetting both the candidates and the positions in our network and our virtual exchange. Gone are the days of sifting through multiple candidates, and fake or already closed positions, as we handle of the heavy lifting on the frontend.
I assure you that we are different. We care about the candidates and the companies and focus on reducing the distance between them. While money and margins are important, our goal is to make connections that matter, when they matter most.
Prior to founding The Free Agent, I spent the majority of my career selling enterprise level software solutions and services into the Fortune 100. During this time, I noticed a void in the market. Specifically, most companies are not positioned well to move quickly and pivot as market dynamics dictate. As such, opportunities that should be capitalized on are often missed and soon forgotten. The Free Agent fills this void by utilizing a vetted bench of experts that have “done it before”. Our clients find solace knowing we are in the trenches with them.
I founded the Free Agent with one goal; to be the number one resource companies call when experiencing inertia or hyper-growth. As such, I am always happy to have a conversation concerning your business and any challenges you may be facing. If the Free Agent can’t help you overcome the hurdle, chances are we know someone that can.
