Pipeline Management

I know a lot of folks out there struggle with Pipeline Management. I brought Steve on because he’s a Chief Revenue Officer. So, what is a pipeline? How do you Institute one? When does it even make sense? And how can you maintain one? Being that I’m a small company myself, Pipeline Management is something that I’m continuously trying to improve, get better at, continuously iterate, and it’s not the easiest chore. I use the word “chore” because it’s something nobody wants to do. But at the end of the day, it’s something you’ve got to do as part of the blocking and tackling of having a company.
