The Free Agent is an executive search and management consulting firm that works exclusively with high-growth organizations who understand a strong leadership team is the cornerstone to their continued growth.

Our Engagement Model

We typically work on a “retained” basis for all C-Level placements, a “contained” basis for non- C-level placements (Director and Vice President) and a “contingent” model for middle management.

Additionally, we offer “Management Consulting” (Fractional or Full-Time) for those companies that may not need a full-time resource, but more so looking to stand up a new initiative, reduce costs, or add some executive horsepower.
